Docket schedules effective
November 7, 2011 for Boone
County and Callaway County are available below in PDF format. Unless
otherwise noted, morning dockets begin at 9 a.m. and afternoon dockets begin
at 1:30 p.m. The docket schedule for Week No. 1 of each month starts on the
first Monday of each month, the Week No. 2 schedule starts on the second
Monday, and so on.

Trial-Setting Dockets: On April 27, 2011,
Administrative Order 08-11 was issued and specifies what types of cases will
be set for trial by the Presiding Judge, or designee, on the trial-setting
dockets on the first and third Monday of each month.

Court Holidays: When a holiday falls on a
Monday, the Divisions I, II, III and IV Law Day Dockets ordinarily roll over
to Tuesday. The 2012 court holidays
are as follows:
