82. GARNISHMENT
Payments for general executions, garnishments and
sequestrations shall be made by cash, certified check, business check, money
order or the equivalent. Personal
checks will not be accepted. The
circuit clerk may set more restrictive policies with respect to payments in
accordance with law. RULE
