9. Courtrooms
9.3 Use of Counsel Table
While examining a witness, counsel shall stand or sit at
the counsel table in such manner that all attorneys engaged in the trial as
well as the court and the jury may have a full view of the witness.
In case of disagreement as to the location of counsel at
the table, counsel for the plaintiff or for the state shall take the side
more remote from the jury.
