67.14 Petitions for Release from Custody Pursuant to Section 211.170 RSMo.

Prior to court approval of a request for release from custody pursuant to §211.170, RSMo., the defendant must file with the court a "Petition for Release from Custody." Said petition shall be on a form approved by the court en banc or in the form of a written motion containing the reason for release; name and address of employer or location upon release; days or dates and time of requested release (including transportation time); verification of employment by the defense attorney; and agreement by the defendant to abide by the terms of release.
